Time Management and Organisational Skills Course in your office

By Diana Jervis Read
ex PR agency MD and marketing group director

Up to 10 delegates at £550 for the intense 3 hour session. Ideally followed by bespoke one-to-one phone coaching to embed new habits.

Who is this training course suitable for?

The course is designed for professionals who battle with large workloads, a high amount of deadlines and unforeseeable work which is hard to prioritise. For individuals who need to protect their concentration, minimise stress and increase their time available.

The benefits

This course will benefit the participants by profiling them so that their self awareness rises, and indeed their understanding of their colleagues’ behavioural traits and drivers both at core and under stress. They will be introduced to the system of setting SMARTER goals, which is not only motivational but leads to easy prioritisation and organisational productivity. A raft of time management techniques and organisational tips will be shared for executives to road test for themselves

TSW, London:

"Very interesting. I like assessing my personality in a simplified way and learning how to exploit my strengths and lessen the effects of weaknesses when I don’t have time to do this normally! As a result my task management will improve and I shall start to exploit my strengths."
Brad Roberts

"The profiling helps open your eyes as to your own personality, and the personality of your colleagues, key to making things happen faster and more easily. I start by eating a frog every morning and reply to any email I read rather than putting it on the waiting list. I now intend to pay more attention to establishing where my time is most productive and utilising my best time of day for such tasks."

Testimonials:

We were extremely impressed with the content of Diana’s seminar and subsequently invested in 5 sessions so that every company member could reap the benefits, and are offering the whole team a follow-up session. Since the workshops encouraging changes have been made and project teams have been created to address other issues that were identified. Mixing the groups up was beneficial to mutual understanding.

I was called to the Bar in 1998 specialise in clinical negligence and personal injury claims.

When I started working with Diana I had some terrible work habits. I would generally work late every week night and always worked at least one day each weekend. Working late meant that I would eat late and therefore I would go to bed late, as a result of which I was chronically sleep deprived and hopelessly inefficient. With Diana, I have gradually replaced each time wasting or procrastinating habit with new tools and techniques that have given me a social life and the time to achieve other personal goals. I know that I am not alone in this.

The bar is full of stressed, tired, individuals, struggling to work efficiently in an environment that is largely without structure. Unfortunately, this often means working long hours, inefficiently, and losing all control over work/life balance. In short, this is a profession in real need of Diana’s help.

Ironically enough, I even found it hard to find the time to sit down with Diana, however once I did it really changed my life. The one-to-one coaching enabled me to look at my work life balance and realise that I am not superwoman and that something had to be done to create a balance. Since our session I have put the discussed criteria into place and have seen a huge change. I feel more in control, I have expanded my horizons and realised ambitions, and all those around me seem happier - husband and children included. I highly recommend going through such a process, it is truly enlightening.

Diana's perceptive questioning and exercises enabled me to discover what was draining me and to rewrite my day to achieve as much but have more personal time. This restored my work life balance, which in turn increased my productivity and eliminated my feelings of stress.
